Pump Sunday 2nd Edition: DV Briar Pumps

I am so in love! It is so wonderful to find a shoe that really makes your heart flutter, especially around Valentine's Day. I saw these at a Ross (the tan ones) and instantly knew I had to have them! I tried them on and much to my dismay, they were too big. I went to put them back and saw them in my size! The only problem was that the bow was missing from the left one. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I read online that there are ways around my problem so if they're still there I am going to get them. I just can't stop obsessing about them. You guys know about new love. besos

Nook Color vs Nook Tablet

As you can see I have two Nooks; one is sadly smashed and the other is brand new. The one on the right is the Nook Color and the one on the left is the Nook Tablet. Generally they are the same. The only difference between the two is that I can watch my stories (Netflix) on the tablet. I also did not have that WPA wifi problem with the tablet which was a huge deal! I didn't understand how to fix the WPA wifi problem so it was nice to not have to figure it out this time. I recommend that you don't upgrade if you have the Nook Color; there really is no reason to. The only reason that I upgraded was because I smashed my screen and didn't have insurance.

Pump Sunday: 1st Edition

So I think that Every Sunday there should be a pump of the week! I love shoes and what is a better way to start the week than with a beautiful pair of pumps! So This week's is my favorite pump of 2011: The Jessica Simpson Cheetah Pump. Whatever color they are, I want them all!  I own a black pair. I love the textures that are all over them they are simply fantastic!
The other pair that I am crazy about are a creamy salmon pair they are absolutely fabulous! They won't go on sale though! I waited I got these for half on so I stalk amazon.com at least once a week to see if they have been marked down. Here they are:

Silk Elements Honey Blonde Haircolor Review

    For a long time I have wanted to dye my hair but have been afraid. You and I both have heard the horror stories about dyeing hair; from hair falling out to turning some weird color. Being the adventurous and cheap type, I decided to purchase the Silk Elements hair color. I have previously liked some Silk Elements products that I have used and decided to research the hair color.
    I did not want the color on the box but wanted something with a more caramel look to it. I was told that I needed to get a shade lighter than I wanted so I grabbed this box. I did not get the caramel color I wanted but am thoroughly pleased with the results that I did get.
    My hair was an almost black dark brown and I left it on for 50 min. After the color I mixed their recommended conditioner and olive oil and left it on for 90 min. The color is rich and simply beautiful. My hair wasn't damaged at all either! It does not feel dry or brittle or anything like that. It feels as if I did not do any color at all! I love it! Look at my earlier pictures if you want to get a better feel for the color I definitely need a bulb that is less yellow.

Beyonce Infallible Lipcolor Review

So I went in to Walgreens to buy rice. Yea I know, what? I needed it and Publix was too far. So I walk in the store and saw those little orange tags in the makeup section that mean clearance! Of course I decided that I wanted to check out what they had. I needed a little pick me up for as little as possible, and what's better than a beautiful red lip-stain. I absolutely love this color! It is bold and well pigmented and lived through me eating some mozzarella sticks and oreos :). As I'm writing this post it has been on for 2 hours and is still going strong. I put it on according to the directions, because I love following directions. It seems to be a great product; I don't know why it was on clearance, but whatever. I definitely recommend it if M.A.C. is too high for your budget.
